Dress will fit a bust of 38"-40", and a waist of around 32"-34". Because there is a belt and an elastic waist there is a little wiggle room with the waist measurement.
 
Fun and colorful dark blue, slip on, dress, with white and pink flowers, and blue, red, and black and white horse applique. Ribbon work is done in burgundy, red, orange, yellow, and gold.
